First of all I will not be saying anything good about this hotel first of all we had to change different rooms because the bathroom room was a mess and in our first room the light on the wall was been held by ONE screw I bet if you polled it a bit I will come of the wall now on to the next room next the little rack we’re you put the soap guess what it was broken they tried to fix it with caulk but they did a poor job even with the caulk you can still see the inside of the wall and when people walk in the hallway you can hear every single foot step. First room we got to the bathroom was dirty. So we got changed to a different room, better than the first one but still not a clean room. The window didn’t close all the way, outdated tv, the ac was rattling. If I wasn’t so late when we checked it I would’ve been ok with losing the money and going somewhere else.

Terrible experience! Do not stay here, bed bugs everywhere!! We left that night to a different place. Plus, spent 2500 pesos for urgent care as wife developed rashes. Claim with Orbitz is in progress.
