4.5245 reseñasGreat location and very friendly staff. Our kids absolutely loved the pool. The rooms look fantastic, but we found the beds really really hard (by far the worst on our trip), the shower very slippery and the breakfast on the expensive side.
For the price I paid the accommodations were ok I think for a little more money I could have gotten nicer. It’s small and quiet which was nice. I never saw anyone tending the bar but sure when it’s open. WiFi was spotty occasionally but overall good. The power went out the first morning so also meant no water. Two bottles of water were in the room upon my arrival but were never restocked. The staff was friendly and communicated well. Close to many tours 13 min walk to city center no need for taxi or driving the location is great. I felt safe walking at night even at 1a
A pretty looking hotel for sure, but that's all that can be said... It's very noisy. You can here people walking, talking, closing doors, etc when you're in your room. The staff speaks very poor English. The breakfast is very basic. The refrigerator in the bar makes noise like a bulldozer and can be heard as well when you're in your room, trying to sleep. If you want a place to rest, you should best avoid this hotel. The pool was nice, though propped together with the bar in a space way too small. That being said, the staff was friendly.
