4.55317 reseñasAbsolutely no soundproofing. You can hear litterally everything. When the elevator beeps or Someone walking in the hall, not to mention talking. No mini fridge either, but there's ice down the hall... did we go back in time to before I was even born. No microwave, either. The place was clean, and it seems like it was built in the last 5-10 years. You are situated right above a very busy road, and you can hear all of the road noise. Cleaning staff and rooms were great! Wonderful beds. The front desk staff we interacted with, other than one, were not welcoming and we didn’t feel like they wanted to deal with us as customers. Very unfriendly which we normally don’t experience in Mexico.
I've stayed here a few times and have not had a pleasant stay any of those times. This definitely is near the bottom of the list of IHG facilities and I've stayed at many of them. The management and staff aren't very welcoming, my first stay the manager was awful and refused to help so I had to go to the Holiday Inn for assistance, the facilities are subpar or even dirty in the rooms I've stayed in. The breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. I think they purposefully booked me near the construction because all afternoon the noise in my room was distracting. Not good for a business traveler.…
