Hotel Barranquilla

For God's sake, when you want to build a Hotel at least make it look and feel like it !! No road to reach, no parking, loud music, people do not respect night comfort, the bathroom is terrible and extra small space ! Please think twice before booking this so called Hotel ! The owner should be ashamed of his business !

We had to rent this "hotel" for one night because the other host cancelled our reservation two days before our arrival. We had two rooms (two couples) close to reception. First of all, no English, no willingness to communicate, and forcing us to pay more then in the booking reservation (1280 MXN, booking was 1080 MXN). Rooms have window on the corridor. There are no working gravity ventilation. Small window in the bathroom, on the corridor too. Humidity and gross smell everywhere, including mold. So you have to choose - leaving open window on the corridor to have a little fresher air than in…

The pool shown in the picture belongs to the establishment next door, and we were not allowed to use it. There was loud booming music all night from the venue with the pool. The booming music continued until 5 in the morning. The front desk doesn't have a phone to call a taxi so we had to go down the road and across the street to the OXXO to hail a taxi to the bus barn at 5 in the morning.
