4.51044 reseñas“This hotel is conveniently located inside a shopping center/mall — perfect for shopping, dining, or even a bit of gambling. You’re also just a short walk from a grocery store. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Just a heads-up: parking is in a large shared garage with mall visitors, and there’s no designated section for hotel guests. It can be a little tricky during busy times. However, if you’re lucky, you might score a room with a great view!”
We were initially happy to stay here. But the staff never opened their pool area at 9am. I had to go down twice and remind them to open their pool. Today we were told there was an accident and pool would be closed. This was the only reason we were staying on a Sunday. We decided to leave the hotel one day early and leave. How can a hotel not be prepared to deal quickly with accidents? The staff was not nearly as attentive as what we are paying so see will choose a different Hilton on our next visit. It’s a shame because this is a great location.
Bad Billing My credit card was charged immediately when I checked-in; it is not a problem at all. I checked-out after a 4-night stay and received the invoice directly by e-mail. After verifying the invoice closely, some charges are appearing for a hypothetical 5th night. In other words, the hotel charges at the beginning of the stay, and will add charges for an additional night if the credit card was overcharged. I immediately called the hotel to report this abnormality. I was told that the charges for the 5th night are appearing on the invoice, but that in fact they were not charged to…
