I’ll be plain and simple. DO NOT COME HERE. I’d only come here if it was my last resort to be sincere. The wifi is absolute trash, room service is the same. Don’t even think about using the laundry here. These people charge per item of clothing. We made the mistake of sending our laundry out..price turned out to be higher than our stay. There’s other stuff I’d mention but would rather not. On a good note, the staff was really friendly. Unfortunately my advise is to just skip out on this hotel when visiting Colima.

Comfy hotel that has everything you need. The people are nice and friendly. Only one tip: wine doesn’t have to be “ice cold”!!! It’s NOT a lager beer! Wine needs to be cool not “cold”. You people should know that, specially your Food & Beverages manager. Cheers!

If you have to stop in Colima this is the best Hotel in the entire city! Believe it or not has the best freaking food and drinks! Doesn't look like it but trust me! You will love their beans with veneno, aguachiles, ceviches, arrachera and drinks! OMG the Sangria is to die for! Highly recommend this hotel their staff is very friendly and they make sure you're taken care to the max! Great experience twice now!
