Thought I loved this beautiful hotel, BUT the service was incredibly POOR. Our family booked a 6 person suite, after realizing one sofa bed was malfunctioning we asked for a rolling bed, they refused to bring us a complimentary bed. They wanted to charge an additional fee?! ZERO HOSPITALITY!!! Trust me there are much better hotels in Ensenada! They want to nickel and dime for everything, this place not worth it!

As a wheelchair user my number one concern is the bathroom and shower. Really like how accessible the bathroom and shower was, only one thing missing that would make it better is having a shower-head reachable to make the bathing more accessible. The room was great and the front desk was very friendly and helpful with the accommodations.

Multiple night stay. Facility is nice and staff generally friendly. During our stay we experienced shower water that was barely above a warm temperature and an overabundance of noise from the traffic on the street below. The traffic noise led to being woken up several times each night. We asked the front desk staff to remedy these issues and discuss further with management. No actions or response received from management. When discussed with at checkout, management took no responsibility for the lack of action or communication.
