4.1249 reseñasNaay is a very nice, laid-back place to stay. The ocean access is very comfortable with shaded loungers, and the staff will bring your drinks right to you! The pool is chilled, so it’s a VERY refreshing dip in a hot climate. Everything here is very clean and well maintained (the hotel is only 2 yrs old). Isaac, Reyna, Olga, Raul, Patricia, and Antonio worked hard to make our stay just perfect. We had massages in their open-air spa that were wonderful! The guacamole with pork belly was our favorite dish, but everything we ordered was delicious. It was nice to have breakfast included!
The Hotel is a really nice place to stay. The beach in front of the hotel wasn’t the best on the island, but we were lucky enough to see dolphins swimming by, so no complaints there! The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, and kudos to Alex—he was extremely helpful and gave us great tips to make the most of our stay. The hotel is a bit far from the city center, but you can easily take a cab or even walk along the beach to get there, which helps you avoid the noise and truly relax. Just watch out for the iguanas!
Great place in Punta Cocos area! I came to Naay to spend the day and the experience was amazing, so relaxing! The pool was so clean and beautiful, the whole area is incredible, and the sun beds are so comfortable. The service is amazing, the whole team is so attentive and kind, special recognition to Patricia who was my server during most of the time and the attention was perfect! Completely recommended at least to visit and spend one day enjoying the pool and beach club.

El centro, junto al muelle del ferry, concentra los hoteles económicos, los restaurantes y el poco bullicio que hay. Hacia el poniente, rumbo a Punta Cocos, y hacia el oriente, rumbo a Punta Mosquito, la playa se abre y aparecen los hoteles boutique con hamacas sobre el agua — más caros y más silenciosos. Nuestros escaneos de 2026 registraron 47 hoteles con precio real: desde US$38 la noche y un precio típico del orden de US$92. Lo honesto: llegar toma su tiempo — dos horas y media desde Cancún más ferry —, los mosquitos y jejenes aparecen en cuanto llueve, casi todo se paga en efectivo y la isla, cuando se llena, tensa sus servicios. Ese es el precio del paraíso lento.
