September 2023 I stayed one night left next day and my cámara and extra battery been left on my room , Called them about and for cámara and nobody returned! After more the 4 call s and offer a reward !,Nothing . I will not recommend stay on the hotel,they robed my cámara . I repeat my review because I read a bad review at the begin of the year (5 months ago) hotel stuff continuos robbing. They robed money to those guest. Theft Hotel

Staff works hard for you. Beds need to be better quality. They have really improved the property the last couple years.

Attention: THEFT! I would gladly award 4 stars as we basically had a nice stay. But unfortunately we were robbed! We informed the hotel immediately after we noticed it. We had hidden our cash in our bags - and hid it really well. Someone must have gone through our suitcases on purpose. Unfortunately, the hotel was not forthcoming and blamed us for not reporting the theft directly to reception and that there was no staff in our room for the service. The first is true as we only noticed it on the evening of the day of departure and the second is a lie. Room service was in the room. We are very…
