The 2 rooftop pools and bars were where we hung out the most, it is adults only but it is such a great relaxing vibe up there. We had the absolute pleasure of having Luis & Noah as our butlers during our recent trip to Mexico, and I can’t say enough great things about the experience. Whether it was organizing reservations, helping us with towels, and checking in everyday to ensure we were comfortable and happy. We truly had a great time and would go back again. Ventus Ha at Marina El Cid – Great Experience Overall! I recently stayed at Ventus Ha and had a great time overall. I’d give the experience 4 out of 5 stars. The service was excellent —the staff were always attentive, helpful, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. Definitely a 5-star experience on that front. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a modern design and a great view. That said, they could’ve been better in terms of layout and small touches—nothing major, just a few details that could use updating. The bathroom was okay, but not particularly impressive. Very beautiful resort. I had a swim up room and the service was great. One thing I didn’t enjoy the most was dress code for dinners. Guys must wear closed shoes and pants for some of the restaurants. The food was good though and the experience was fun. But personally feel anything other then swimming shorts should be accepted.

Puerto Morelos es el pueblo pesquero que quedó entre Cancún y Playa del Carmen, y su hotelería tiene tres capas. El puerto — la parte del faro inclinado y el muelle — conserva hoteles pequeños a pasos de una playa tranquila y del arrecife protegido, a 500 metros de la orilla. La colonia, del otro lado de la carretera y a 2 kilómetros del mar, ofrece los precios bajos. Y al norte y sur del pueblo se extienden los grandes resorts todo incluido que explican por qué el precio típico de nuestra base sube a US$233, aunque hay habitaciones desde US$32. En total registramos 25 hoteles con precio real en 2026. Lo honesto: el pueblo es pequeño y tranquilo por diseño — noches cortas, restaurantes que cierran temprano — y el sargazo visita estas playas de mayo a octubre, como a toda la costa caribeña.
