The condition of this hotel is not the best(clean but do not provide refrigerator and microwave in the room) but their front desk team are the best! The front desk team of the hotel is extremely friendly and patient. From the moment I checked in, they went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. A crucial point is they understand and speak English very well which helped me a lot as a visitor that do not know Spanish. Nice rooms, but the service is not too good, (had a hard time getting a towels for the pool) the pool is nice but needs more attention to clean it from the palm trees debris, dirt and some dead mosquitoes, also if you have a car, the parking is limited, if you get there too late it's full
