4.22249 reseñasNewly remodeled lobby and rooms/bathrooms was a pleasant surprise! There were some events in the area the day of my stay, so the hotel was fully booked. I'm glad to have booked in advance online. Check in was a bit slow due to only 1 agent, but the wait wasn't more than 15 minutes. The bed was comfy and, if I wasn't so tired, I would have enjoyed watching TV on the new big screens. The bathrooms were nicely remodeled with a walk in shower. Great stay overall!
When we opened the door to our room, dirty towels and sheets on the floor, an unmade bed, and an uncleaned room greeted us. We were taken to another room where the new bed was hard and not up to the Hampton Standards we've grown to expect.
As a diamond member this is bar far the worst stay I have had. I did get a newly remolded room which on the last day had a cold shower. Every day about 2 liters of water would be on the floor no matter how much I tried to direct the water flow. Three mornings in a row the coffee was empty and the other was cold. How can you be a hotel serving breakfast serving old cold coffee?. Only the last day it was busy all other day only few people in the dinning area at 7:00am. Make note to make all the coffee before opening and please don't use the same excuse - we are making it now Lastly, I had to c…
