La Quinta your hotel has the worst customer service...l was there as a client today eating, I forgot my iPad with my ID card, when I returned it was gone and I reported it asking for help and no help...the iPod location is still in the Hotel... they checked the cameras and claimed they can't help me because I didn't book a room..when I was there at the restaurant almost all day

Terrible customer service, they cancelled the room we had already booked and guaranteed with a credit card, leaving us without accommodation for a full night, with no alternative and telling us it was our fault as customers, giving our room to people who had booked through an app. Being the venue for an event, they promised breakfast at 6 am and it was never fulfilled, so we were never able to have breakfast at the hotel and we also missed it. I would never recommend it and do not waste your money staying here.
