I observed staff running strict quality control measures, taking pictures of things that didn’t look right followed by more personnel later coming to fix whatever was reported. The beach is not very friendly, but who cares when you got these amazing pools and food and drink service by the pool all day. The rooms were amazing too, slept like a king. It’s not ideal for those seeking a lively nightlife, as entertainment options are limited. A few takeaways: 1. I’ve visited many 4- and 5-star all-inclusive resorts, and this is the first that required a $500 deposit at check-in. 2. Considering most guests are English-speaking, the resort would benefit from having more bilingual staff. 3.
