4.1880 reseñasUnfortunately this hotel really let me down. At checkin no help offered at all with my 30kg suitcase. My room was also rhe fartherest possible away which made no sense as there were like 3 other guests there. Seems like the type of place you bring a wedding party to or something and have everyone stay on-site. The hotel itself is in a quite scrappy area with no restaurants or shops. Rooms have no heating/cooling at all so the cool 6-8 degree nights had me waking up with a sore throat from breathing cold air. First, I have a double book from booking.com due to a website glitch, I asked for Cancelation fees waver. They did not allow it. Which understand by me and luckily the other hotel refunded full amount. While I am in hotel they refuse to give room and mentioned it canceled. Later, they checked and understood that they misread the direction of booking.com which is in Spanish. They harrash us almost 15 minutes without even readin…
Lovely views! The rooms are adequate. Low water pressure in the shower, but not uncommon for the area. The beds were a bit firm, but tolerable. Everything was clean and well kept. Just a word of warning, if you visit during the early months of the year, the bedrooms get COLD! There is no heater, but they do have plenty of blankets! The staff is very friendly and helpful.
