The owner of this hotel needs to remodel and invest. As soon as you walk in, you see the dirty, old furniture, and the rooms... Not to mention the rooms, I couldn't sleep because of the moldy smell. How disgusting! I can't believe it's a Holiday Inn. The franchise should come and see how they're ruining their reputation and failing to meet Holiday Inn standards. I wouldn't stay there again even if it was free.

Although my stay was short, I had a fantastic experience. They offer pickup and drop off to the airport ,quick friendly service at the front desk & clean rooms and comfy beds. Shout out to Ely ! I was not able to try breakfast but I'm sure it was fantastic. Will definitely stay here again 💯

Housekeeping was great! So were the MALE personnel…the female front desk personnel really needs work on being more friendly (fake forced smiles do not count) lady at the front desk had my 11 year old sign a consent for a beach towel if not returned would pay a fee of $350 pesos, my husband was standing next to her but he is mostly ENGLISH speaking which I may also add needs to be a must for hotel that houses a lot foreigners, she was more adamant in talking back while smiling instead of being apologetic when I asked why she asked my daughter to sign a consent without full understanding of the…
