Hey, nice hotel with some concerns. Location is great with Mountain Views and a hotel top terrace. Also a great pool that was nicely cool in APR 2024. Some minor cosmetic issues with aging facility. Largest concern was no AC. Several cockroaches noted in rooms.

The room was very large. No air conditioning, just a big fan. From the rooftop cafe there were great views. What I liked about it least was the chairs and the large pillow had large stains.

Excellent location, all the amenities, great breakfast, nice views from the top in this beautiful hotel, the staff is always helpful and ready to solve any issues if you have one, rooms are spacious, and well decorated, nice garden and pool area to relax having a drink from the bar. The only thing we noted is that there is no air conditioning in the rooms, we visited during March and the temperatures were really nice, but I can imagine that during summer it might get hot in the rooms. A great plus is the parking, because if you have been to Tepoztlan, you know that parking can be a struggle
