We absolutely enjoyed the stay at this hotel/location! Very clean, ample and the staff is very friendly as well. The breakfast (for what it is) is very good and they don't put a limit on the portions. Will definitely be staying here next time we're in Guadalajara!!

Really good service! I love thier breakfast, they even have a safe box in the room. As a matter of fact I'm going back next week. But this time I'm staying in the in the center, we stayed in this area because our cousin lives close by.

Not great, and really not a good value. The rooms are decent, although the floors are not well mopped. The service is terrible - I had two pieces of clothing disappear from my room (they were accidentally left on the bed), had scheduled a shuttle bus that was so late they ended up just calling a cab, and the laundry service is very expensive and very slow. The restaurants around the hotel aren't bad, the hotel breakfast itself is mediocre.
