I stayed one night and left for a couple of days and then returned again. In both occasions there were no towels in the room and i had to request them. Front desk personnel show very little desire to assist. I noticed this during checking in and at check out. We were not offered help with our luggage. During breakfast the person attending it would be absent for a long period of time and and was not very attentive. Besides that, the place was cleaned and seems secured. I am not happy with this stay. It is the first time I stay at this location and I have several complains: *The A/C did not work, but the third day was just awful. Very hot! *The phone did not have a cord, I used my own phone to call reception and they would not answer. Ended up going in person. *No towels in the third day, had to request twice to finally get them (until 9:45pm!) *But the worst part- The hotel website description states it has a mini fridge, both rooms I booked had no fridge. I asked the receptionist and she said she would hold my things in their fridge. I stay there for 3 days…

The locations is great because is next to the mall, also is not too far from the Santos Laguna's stadium. The rooms are very nice, nor bad nor great. Service is the usual.
