DO NOT STAY HERE IN COLD MONTHS!!! You will freeze! This is our second night. I’m writing this because I can’t sleep because I am so cold. They told us they had no heaters available. Our room had no fire place. Today they switched us to a room with a fireplace and informed us we have to pay for the firewood!! The fire place doesn’t work very well. It only warms the room while the fire is lit. It’s incredibly dangerous with a small child - no door. The kid could easily burn themselves. The blanket is thin. What in God’s name is management thinking???? It might be ok for the summer. By the way w…

A great place to stay in Avandaro. Only a short walk from the town centre and a short drive from other places of interest in Valle de Bravo. Lovely little restaurant with lots of open spaces,a great heated pool and even a small jungle gym. I stayed in a family room which had two bedrooms, an ample common area and a private patio. Overall it was cozy. The food in the restaurant was great and staff were friendly and courteous. It was an excellent experience.

Traditional chic styling boutique hotel, comfortable rooms, relaxed ambiance, immaculate, well maintained facilities, outstanding standard accommodations (fireplace in room), friendly service, expedited response to call, impecable grounds. Staff goes the extra mile to make their guests feel at home. Would definitely come back and sincerely recommend.
