I stayed here during Hurricane Grace and the manager, Pablo, went above and beyond to provide the best customer service I've received at a hotel anywhere. He greeted us at the station, provided us with all of the updated information (power had been out for a day so no information was communicated outside of Chiquila) and made sure we were safe, comfortable and informed. Rooms were clean, bed was very comfortable and the shower had the best water pressure I've experienced in Mexico. Pablo was incredibly generous and he even helped us get the kitchen running to make some ramen soup we bought at…
We only sat in the restaurant because the neighbors had loud music but better sit there. Coffee is not tasty and food is not really special. Would rather be somewhere else
