i stayed here on June 7th with me and my family, and enjoyed staying here. everyone was super friendly and super helpful with everything. the continental breakfast was amazing, kept very clean, and stocked at all times. i wish i could have stayed at this location for longer, but we were headed back to the States the next day. they also have a free shuttle to the airport!! but you must reserve it the moment you check in so that you make sure your seats are reserved. thank you Holiday Inn Guadalajara Aeropuerto!!!

First of all exiting from the airport the return to get to the hotel it's too long. Late at night wen we checked in no very pleasant at the desk. We paid for a room in the "new" tower and it was give to us a horrible room, completely out of date. No smart TV and an air conditioning thay didn't work from the jurassic era. All the restroom full of rust Horrible experience for such a chain name. Totally disappointed

Very poor experience. Had to call 8 or 9 times from the airport to get anyone to pick up to send the shuttle, with calls going unanswered. Sat the airport for a good while at 10:30pm hoping they'd pick up. Could've taken a taxi or uber, but booked this hotel specifically to have access to the shuttle. Upon arrival, there wasn't even a cart available to move luggage. One of our bedrooms smelled of either smoke or dust, couldn't tell, but it was unpleasant. AC as reported by others was overly loud. The gym is a joke, it's currently 1 out-of-service treadmill, 1 bike, and 1 elliptical. Nothing…
