Horrible experience. The pillows deflate all the way, no firmness at all. The bed is so uncomfortable, if you’re looking to rest, I’m sorry but this hotel is NOT for you. I woke up with my entire body hurting because of how bad the beds were. Don’t even get me started on the shower… there’s MOLD on the walls, and there was hairs on my towels. It’s disgusting and not hygienic at all. They literally use the same gel as body wash and shampoo. Carpet stains and dirt…I would not trust using anything they provide here. We booked a king bed room, for 2 adults and 2 children. The room only had a king bed and a small couch, no sofa bed. We moved to a double bed room. The receptionist was helpful. The mattress were not comfortable at all. The elevator broke, we were on the third floor. I have to say the location is good. I would not stay here again.
