1. Couldn't find our reservation. 2. First room they provided was dirty and in a work area. Had to move out. 3. Second room is average. Said to have two queen beds but had one queen and one double. No Kleenex. No towels. Light in sink area not working. Toilet seat loose and falling off. 4. Had to fight with staff to try to obtain towels and only obtained some swimming pool towels. We were four people staying in the room and found two towels initially. 5. Swimming pool in April was ice cold. Appeared dirty. Had no safety banisters at either stairwell requiring a person to first get on the groun…
