The rooms are serviceable but extremely small. The hotel was reasonably clean with minimal amenities. The staff unfortunately immediately made our stay uncomfortable. At the time of our check-in the staff told us our child, who is 12, was not allowed to stay in a room with us and aggressively suggested we pay for a 2nd room. The website lists a maximum of 8 per room. As one of the more expensive hotels in Nogales it is very disappointing, especially for a Marriott.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. Their customer service was absolutely horrible. The website clearly states they accept service dogs, so I arrived with my service dog, only to be asked for documentation proving that my dog was indeed a service dog. This was not only unnecessary but also incredibly frustrating. To make matters worse, I overheard the staff speaking negatively about me in a way that was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. I ended up canceling my reservation on the spot. I will never be coming back, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

For me it is going to be 1 star because for it being $117 dollars! And the sink is clogged the air conditioner was not running correctly and the check in clerk was extremely rude when prices were changed at check in. Also the walls are thin I could hear the people next to me banging stuff and the upstairs people using the restroom so much for it being by Marriot hotel! I have pictures of sink being clogged
