4.41004 reseñasThe hotel is located in a great place where you will have access to all different amenities such as a mall, different fast food, restaurants, bars and government offices. The service is pretty good but not the best as the room was pretty worn and not as clean as it should be. What is still a great place to stay if you need to get appointments situated where you may not rely on your vehicle.
Very good experience staying at Fairfield Inn. Went for US Visa Stamping which was just a block away from the hotel. Very safe location and located within the same complex as Nogales Mall. Walmart is just opposite to the hotel. Parking was also very safe and there were always security guards checking the parking location. Room and view was good. Breakfast was also having multiple options and tasty. Front Desk persons were really helpful and friendly.
Very bad customer service. First couldn't find my reservation then wouldn't charge the card on file so they made me pay in cash. What is the point of paying online for the room if they are going to ask for cash. I contacted the Marriott customer service and the representative was trying to reach them which no avail. Worst experience and hotel
