Absolutely violated and heartbroken – beware of theft! I stayed at this hotel in March. While the location and atmosphere were lovely at first, everything changed on the last night of our stay. When we returned to our room, we discovered that a large amount of money had been stolen from both my bag and my boyfriend’s. To make matters worse, my parents' room was also robbed. We immediately contacted the hotel owner, hoping for help or accountability, but instead were met with complete denial and defensiveness. Over the span of multiple visits we have stayed at this beautiful boutique hotel a total of about 20 nights. During our stays we have had the opportunity to stay in five different rooms. Each room is luxurious and well accommodated, the beds and linens are very comfortable, the shower and vanity provide all your needs. The common areas, particularly on the second floor and terrace restaurant are great to relax and the view amazing. We also used the spa and restaurant...all worthy of a visit. This hotel is gorgeous and the service is excellent. The rooms are large with comfortable beds and beautiful details. The furniture is lovely, the tiles in the bathroom were elegant. We ate in the hotel restaurant several times including room service - everything was exceptionally tasty. The front desk staff were the absolute best. They made our stay enjoyable. We also did massages - highly recommend! We will be back.
