The staff, location and safety is remarkable. The rooms are average, need better cleaning. They don’t restock breakfast. No coffee available in the front desk. The tv in my room wouldn’t tune into anything. It was meh. Just kudos to the staff. But upper management needs to pay attention.
The hotel was nice, with modern amenities. Safety was a big concern with the sliding doors to the veranda (balcony) access. The "locks" are easily bypassed with simple tools. A belt around the handles might slow someone down if they're trying to be sneaky.
