I stayed at this hotel for a week, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. From the start, it felt like the staff selectively chose who to correct or assist, which gave off a discriminatory vibe. Basic services that should be standard in any hotel stay were either inconsistent or nonexistent unless you repeatedly asked for them. Housekeeping is not done daily unless you specifically request it — and even then, they often don’t show up. Towels are not refilled unless you ask every single time. Worst experience in Mexico. The staff at the front desk are incredibly rude. Don’t expect to have a good breakfast there either, even though the food is mediocre. Bad management. I wouldn’t stay there again even if it was a free stay. Oh and they’ll find ways to steal money, whether it’s with a deposit fee or saying your card didn’t go through. DO NOT STAY HERE unless you want to ruin your trip.

I booked a room as of March 6th and once I arrived they told me it was cancelled because my credit card was not working, but: . They did not inform me before (they said they called me, but I did not receive any call and, of course, I did not receive any email); .
