4.41776 reviewsIt was a very cost-effective stay. However, I had one of the small rooms with virtually no window. It looked like that most of the units are suites with far better views, which it seemed that the resort would be happy to upgrade you at a cost. Definitely would recommend paying for the upgrade at the point of booking. Otherwise, it was very clean. Although the water pressure is very weak: it took me a day to realize that was, in fact hot water. Nearby Hules restaurant was very pleasant, decent food, excellent service.
We had a deluxe king ocean view room #641 and loved it. Comfy bed, huge patio with view, cold AC. There are three pools and we really enjoyed the one right off the beach. The restaurant had good food and was reasonably priced. They had an underground parking garage that was secure which was great for our rental. There is an Oxxo and pharmacy connected and a gas station right there so we could get all our supplies. The location was nice and quiet. The beach was just people staying at the hotel. Super Clean, amazing staff. Rooms were huge and modern and immaculate and clean. restaurant had amazing food of all kinds at street food prices…servers were very friendly and patient (because our Spanish needs improving ) . 3 super clean pools to choose from, including a deluxe kiddie pool, a big pool with a huge water slide, and an infinity pool with a view of the ocean were you have panoramic views. Will be back!!!! We are a family of four and it was the best.
