Great access for wheelchairs. First floor room was good for wheelchair access but missing are grab bars by the toilet and in the shower. It was pretty noisy at 5am as we were close to the lobby and many guests were leaving. Malecon is just across the street.
I tried to reserve using the hotels site but a day or so later I got a message saying the deposit hadn't been made and the reservation was canceled. I then booked through Booking(dot)com and the day before my stay the hotel report my credit card was no good and I had to supply new card info (there is nothing wrong with my credit card). I arrive and check-in goes OK and I mention the booking problems and the desk staff was unaware. When I get in the room the fridge is off so I had to figure out how to plug it in.
