Excellent place! The staff was wonderful and everyone so kind. The room was perfect and felt like luxury to us. I see people complained about the music the staff played but my husband and I quite enjoyed the music! :) 🎶 Would definitely stay again!

Horrible for the high price they charge, terrible internet and telephone signal reception, you practically cannot work or entertain with mobile devices. Room service is always incomplete, much of the communication is carried out with a telephone located on the tiny access stairs they have, which rings when a guest arrives and its noise is annoying to tolerate. There are problems with drainage, water gets clogged and the bathroom gives off a bad smell.

The Hotel misregistered my check-in and check-out date. Realizing and trying to apply their cancellation policy up to 48 hours in advance in my favor resulted in them applying a considerably high amount as a penalty. Practically the Total cost of the Room and they did not make me refundable either for the insurance I paid for where it is clearly indicated in the Hotel and Expedia policies that it must be 100% refundable.
