Not pet friendly! We arrived with two dogs and were charged a pet fee of $2,300 pesos (1.5X the price of the room). The room + pet fee ended up being around $3,800 pesos. If bringing your dog or cats, be prepared to pay a fortune. Is this truly their pet pricing policy or just ripping off English speakers? Regardless, I'll never do another Fiesta Inn.....
This is probably a 1-star hotel. It looks so sad in person so don’t be fooled by the pictures. The lobby is completely dated and there is an awful musky smell. That’s not the worst part!! I booked this hotel because it was pet friendly, little did I know that the fee for EACH PET was $1,090 pesos so about $70 EXTRA DOLLARS PER PET! I was completely shocked by how expensive it was. So when I heard the fee and I saw how pathetic the lobby was, I wanted to make sure that I could check the room before actually agreeing to the pet fee. However, they would not let me see the room!
