I was booked on the 6th floor and all power was out in the hallways. This left me feeling very uncomfortable. Once we got settled into our room using our flashlight we went down to the main desk to ask about an iron. We told the staff about the power in the hallway and they said yeah are doing some work on that floor. Why would you book clients on that floor then? Then we were proceeded to be asked to leave an ID at the front desk in order to have an iron in our ro…
There’s no iron nor the iron board ! It has cabinets but no closet… no phone in the room.. WiFi didn’t work.. it was clean and comfy bed and room temperature was good! No hair dryer in the room just fyi
Staff was nice and friendly but do not recommend staying here. The AC wasn't working, it kept turning on and off. We kept having to call from our cellphones to ask for toilet paper and towels, the phone in the room doesn't work. It rained while I was staying here and the room flooded.
