Be prepared for a basic room with basic amenities. Bed, shower, toilet. TV does not have Internet and is not a smart TV. The club across the street is very noisy on the weekends. Very noisy!!! The rooms are maintained and clean, but nothing fancy or luxurious. The front desk and maid service is attentive. Great price for a quick stay. They have a nice pool and patio area. And a secured gate for parking your car. All in all, I was satisfied with the experience.

Staff very friendly and helpful. The pool is large and clean. The pool ladder is in the deep end and the first step is very high, so it was a little hard to use. The 3 bed room was basic but very clean and had everything we needed. Request a room far from the bar across the street. We had music until 3 am both nights. Earplugs took care of that. Easy to find good places to eat and buy supplies nearby. A long walk to the central plaza—best if you have a car. Parking was easy. All in all, recommended 😃

I recently traveled to Ciudad Guzmán in Jalisco and was in search for a nearby hotel that was close to the plaza. I, unfortunately, couldn’t find any close by that had vacancy but luckily I was able to get a room at this hotel. I called the hotel to verify if they had rooms available; they agreed and we proceeded with reserving the room via the telephone. I was sent a verification text assuring my room reservation. A couple hours later I went to the hotel, ready to check-in and oh be hold, they let me know that they gave away the last 2 bedroom room that was left to somebody else not that long…
