When I arrived, the clerk said, you can't register until three our check in time, she should have said, I'm sorry, but your room is not quite ready, it will be ready in about 15 minutes. Similarly, I was five minutes early for breakfast and couldn't get a cup of coffee. Breakfast time is 7:30am, that's the latest I've ever encountered, usually at six , occasionally at seven. Better training, customer relations is an imperative. Forgot about loud talking. Night crew converses in very loud voices. One night, a guest told them to shut up. No common sense.
Everything about this place is fine except one - if you make a reservation ahead of time through Google Maps, it's about 500 pesos. If you walk in off the street, it's 900 pesos for a queen bed because, as the desk clerk stated, we didn't make a reservation (1000 pesos for a king). Decent hot breakfast comes with the room. Secure parking, A/C, hot water included, and wifi was average.
Great little hotel near the centro with great friendly staff with a buffet style breakfast. Very good and would definitely be back.
