Horrible horrible experience! I booked a room online for my brother and his care giver. When my brother arrived the staff and everyone treated him so horrible. They kick him out from the room. Kept his belongings and left him out in the street in the middle of the night with out money or any of his stuff. His caregiver lost him because the staff kicked him out and was left wondering the streets. Thankfully his caregiver found him a few hours later, the next morning when his caregiver when back to the hotel. The staff had gone through his stuff, took his laptop and the cash he had in his backp…

I went for breakfast, it was a buffet, there was a very wide variety and dishes out of the ordinary, there were different kinds of fruits and juices, freshly baked bread, traditional mexican food with a twist and even vegetarian choices. In general, the food is very good . The ambiance was nice and the restaurant has an spectacular view of the city. There is live music while you eat. Even though it is a buffet, there is a waiter and the service provided exceeded my expectations.

I loved this place ! Beautiful terraces, delicious food, excellent customer service!!!!!!There is live music every morning for breakfast. Rooms are clean. My only reason for a 4 instead of 5 star is because the rooms need a little remodeling and updating but I would definitely stay here again!!!
