We paid extra for a room near the pool with a lounge area but we were not able to use it because it was being used as a springboard into the pool by about eight kids. If you want to relax with some peace and quiet go elsewhere. We requested to cancel our last night’s stay and they would not provide a refund, rather only a credit towards our food bill.
