Had a great experience. There were a couple of issues with our room but the staff was very helpful and fast to resolve them. The hotel is clean and very nice. The landscape is amazing. The treadmills I the gym are a bit old but otherwise the gym was pretty good. Overall we had a great and relaxing experience.
Very uncomfortable pillows 1 day without TV (poor internet connection), fixed next day with a brand new TY (Ty!!!!!!) A lot of noise in the night (dogs and cars) Dirty swimming pool No air conditioned in the room No sun loungers available for my family in two days Accommodation fee too expensive considering these situations Hotel and personnel are amazing however, so please consider these situations.
