4.21484 reviewsWe were disappointed by the customer service in the hotel. We arrived at 2:15 PM they told us that they were fully booked and had just started cleaning the rooms. We asked if we could check in early and that we were willing to pay an extra night if necessary. We also communicated that we were in a rush and would appreciate if they could let us know as soon as possible when a room was available. They have advertised on their wall that check in is at 3:00 PM, so we went to the front desk to try to check in but told us that the manger had just left to do the inspections. We were told that the man…
Was turned away by security. Could not find the night clerk. 1 am security told us that they just got a large arrival and had no availability. Since when is security the night clerk? I checked online after and they had rooms. They tend to pick their clients. Unfair this place sucks!
We had been pleased with this hotel in the past but not so much this Stay. The heater was making some weird noise everytime it started. We should've asked for a change of rooms but we had 2 little ones who were already asleep and we were exhausted. Big mistake. It would've been worth it to change rooms for a goods night rest. The breakfast lady was amazing. Super friendly and great service.
