From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Every team member I encountered — from the front desk to housekeeping — was friendly, professional, and genuinely committed to making my stay comfortable. While I give it four stars, I likely may not stay here again. The wifi was spotty and I travel for business and that's a non-starter for me. For vacation it would be fine. Clean, good staff, AC works great. Do be aware that they do not have refrigerators in the room and only one bottle of water appeared to be free and that I thought was stingy based on the room price.
This weekend i stayed at hotel with my fiance i invited a friend for a drink and they denied him entrance to the pool area spoke with receptionist Ana Guzmin and still denied entrance i asked for Maneger on site Javier Perez and still denied entrance for a drink in the pool area this is outrageous and poor service these two gave i wouldn't stay here service very poor.
