When my fiancee got out he was no where to be found! She called the hotel and they put her on hold with no answer! She also asked for three night stay but they only put her in for two. On the third night she couldn’t access her room because they only put her for two nights instead of three!!! I called customer support and the lady pushed a TIMESHARE on me!!! Great experience staying here. The hotel felt safe and clean. Our beds were very comfortable, and clean. Customer service was great! We had asked them for microwave, they helped us warm up some food and even put it in a plate for us. The pool area was a little dirty, and pool is not heated The gym was very clean! The laundry was very helpful! The buffet was not the best, but the service was great!
I stayed there for two weeks. The place is very well located, and the service is good. Some people go the extra mile, like Roberto at breakfast, always with a smile and an excellent memory of the names and custom preferences.
