4.41697 reviewsTraveled with family. We had a great stay. The breakfast was by far my favorite thing about this hotel. It was so good, mexican dishes every morning. Rooms were clean. Shower/restroom is nice, they do not have shampoo/conditioner dispensers like some hotels do commonly have. But it wasn't a big deal. The pool/hot tub area is nice and clean. Our kids enjoyed it.
Very clean, everyone is very kind and friendly with the visitors, breakfast served every day and really good authentic Mexican food. Washer and dryer in the facility if needed. Lots of places to eat around the hotel. I will definitely come back.
Stayed at La Quinta in Ciudad Juárez with my family. Unfortunately, the check-in experience was unpleasant. The front desk staff was noticeably unfriendly and unprofessional, lacking basic courtesy throughout the interaction. We were also surprised to see a guest asked to clean up a broken glass item himself—something that should have been handled by staff? The hotel itself was fine, but the poor customer service made for a disappointing first impression. I hope the hotel improves in this area to better welcome future guests.
