4.51795 reviewsThe rooms were spacious and equipped with everything I needed (fridge, hairdryer, ironing board, coffeemaker, water, WiFi,...). It was also comparably quiet and one could sleep well at night. Breakfast offered a little bit of everything, though all warm options included meat when I was there, even the scrambled eggs, but you can order eggs to your liking freshly made as well as waffles or pancakes. There were two juice varieties, filter coffee and tea. Fresh fruit was also available. There were no non-dairy options for milk in my coffee, but that's ok, I went to the Starbucks next door for th…
Excellent hotel and well placed for the Poliforum congress center.the buffered breakfast is not amazing but excellent options Ala carte. The restaurant area is not the most fantastic or romantic but overall solid.. no swimming pool, but all other amenities are available.
The food was delicious, our waiters where amazing and constantly creating new dishes for us to try, our waiter already knew our drink and food order before we walked up to be seated, I feel bad I don't remember his name but he had the most calm, patient, respectful, polite personality! The room was always clean and the house keepers where always friendly, reception is a different story they didn't like that I asked for tokens and soap to wash my clothes (I was there 10 days) they had a look like I was stealing from them 😅 like what can possibly do with those tokens? ease up a bit.The hotel was…
Planning your trip to Leon De Los Aldama
León is Mexico's shoe-and-trade-fair capital, and its hotels work to that rhythm. The Poliforum zone and Boulevard López Mateos hold the executive hotels that live off congresses and expos; the Centro Histórico, around the Arco de la Calzada and the main plaza, offers cheaper, more characterful options, including the Zona Piel leather district for anyone here to buy. Our 2026 scans logged 32 hotels with a real price: from US$15 a night — among the country's cheapest — and a typical rate of about US$71. The city's rule is simple: when a big fair or congress lands, prices multiply and hotels sell out; the rest of the year León is a bargain with generous weekend rates. Honestly: this is a city for working and shopping more than strolling — Guanajuato capital is 45 minutes away.
