4.41072 reviewsThe rooms and the appliances in them are VERY outdated, most stuff is tinted yellow due to old age, nonetheless they are kept clean and in working status. The AC in the rooms is phenomenal and the pool is small but clean. What is noteworthy of the hotel is the front desk, they're quick and effective. Additionally, the hotel itself is 5 minutes away from a large popular mall and a couple of supermarkets.
Only stay at this hotel if the city has been destroyed and it's the only building left standing. It's incredibly far from anything interesting and very expensive to get to by taxi and takes about 40 minutes to go back and forth by bus. I had serious problems with the reception staff and was double charged for my stay. They refused to believe me when I said my reservation was paid for online and they made me pay at the desk when I arrived. they also charged me an extra $20 for a 3rd person. First of all undersrand that I need to be in this hotel because its location. Its a great family hotel, each room has to sections, refrigerator ,living room, and bedroom, its not so new, but its clean, its located in a comercial zone thats perfect, except on Friday's, because theres high volume music near hotel until 11pm. The service ita great and food is nice, try the tuna tacos!
