The things are new so they look nice but the staff is incompetent. Rooms are dirty AF they don't sweep property don't look under the beds trust me dogs. The first morning for breakfast I had eggs and they were so disgusting 🤮. Found a lot and I mean A LOT of dirty plates that we're for guests to serve themselves and make the lady in the dinning area aware of this (Don't know her name but she's short), big mistake the cooking staff wouldn't stop giving me dirty looks and started to treat me a lot worse compared to everyone else.

This is a standard Holiday Inn express. The staff are super friendly, there's lots of parking (you take a ticket from a machine, and they validate it for you). My room is comfortable, the air conditioning works, and they have a really nice pool at the back that I'm going to use right now. The only thing is, it's really close to the Port of Manzanillo, so there's not much around. This is not a hotel where you'd come to and spend your vacation in Manzanillo, unless you want to drive down to the beaches, then it would work perfectly fine. I'm just passing through.
