As soon as we checked in reception was very friendly and helpful they quickly helped us get our room. They also upgraded our room to a suite at no extra cost which was a plus. Once we got to our room as soon as we entered it was very spacious and very clean the bathroom was had clean towels and the bedroom was amazing the bed was super comfy and clean. We’ve stayed at Araiza previously during spring vacation. This past weekend we stayed again due to its location and close to family. We were extremely disappointed that one of the two beds were dirty even though it was made. There were long hairs and pubic hairs. It was gross. It’s beneath the reputation of Araiza. Please ensure your house cleaners are following proper hygiene. These unsanitary conditions are unacceptable. Not sure if we’ll stay here gains because of this. No discount was offered.
This is one of the best hotels I've stayed in Mexicali. The staff is very helpful. There has been remodeling so the hotels looks real good. The stay was relaxing and good. The pool gets packed with fun and music in the summer. And I got a great deal at Hotels.com.
