The whole team at the Monclova Holiday Inn are amazing. I was treated like family and felt a personal touch with housekeeping, the folks at the front desk and my favorite doorman Gregorio. We stay here when visiting family and it is amazing. Rooms are clean staff are great and the restaurant has a great menu. If you are in the area I highly recommend.
Hotel is great - the restaurant is horrible , food has no taste , we ordered a second plate and took way too long i totally forgot i ordered it. They need a new chef ASAP. I’ll give it a 3 just bc of the food.
