After the customer tells his problem, action is taken very late, reception support is not good, customer has to wait for a long time

On arrival 3 people at reception were more interested in social chat between themselves than checking us in. Room was large but there is no fridge, no kettle and no sink or mirror in the bathroom. Instead there is a sink in the bedroom just inside the front door. Shower handle fell off the first time we used it. Breakfast was $25 USD which which is way too expensive for what you get. We had in-house restaurant food twice for dinner which again was expensive and not of a good standard. The location for tourists is terrible. The hotel overlooks multiple major roads and we were constantly warned…

This is a really really nice hotel for the price. Starbucks coffee at the bar, breakfast was great. Staff are great. Standard rooms are very big. Gym is actually really good for a smallish hotel. Had to get an Uber in to Mexico City everyday but it’s all good.
