Comfortable beds and that’s it. Far from what a Holiday Inn standard in Mexico is. Shower outdated. Some rooms are new, but they charge the same for the old ones. Loud AC and Compressor. Windows are noisy. Bathroom noice from next door. Phone not working. Restaurant food is good but not consistent and very expensive for what they serve. Only 2 or 3 staff members were nice and friendly. Room service very basic and different quality than in restaurant. A lot of rooms for improvement. When these things were mentioned to staff, didn’t really seem to care. Need to update pricing to what they offer.

Incompetent personal on reception desk. They can easily charge you wrong amount for your stay because they don't know what they are doing. Be cautious and double check. The rooms and breakfast are fine.

Ms. Mara Sanchez Duran, Sales Manager was very welcoming and accommodating to my inquiry and was instrumental in creating a perfect surprise that blessed both my husband and I.
